Did you know there are a large variety of seeds you can sprout in your own home to increase everyday nutrition? In this workshop, learn how to safely sprout seeds, and the different nutritional value these superfoods have to offer! In addition, learn how to make a tasty “Zesty Sprout Salad”, and bring home your very own bean pack to get started yourself!

Mandala of Love x Community Creation with Fivelements Habitat

Fivelements Habitat will host a community event, MANDALA OF LOVE, within their 1500sqft space on Saturday 22 February from exactly 2.22PM. Join this moving meditation recreating the Tibetan Buddhist art of impermanence & compassion. In this vision of the “Flower of Life”participants will mindfully place earth natural materials upon a 2.5M x 2.5M frame to create a unique piece of community artwork. During the session, leading advocates in the industry will assist in the artful collective meditation with the intention of uplifting consciousness and encouraging peace, unity, and good vibrations. The event will be held in different variations of meditation including Boiled Tea Ceremony Meditation by Global Tea Hut community, crystal singing bowls, and others led by Yvonne Yjemani Li of #beloveHK, Geraldine Cosnuau of Little Cosmic Wave, and Depp of Tibetan Healing Studio DMS Spiritual Studio 聚澤居. 

Anyone is welcome to drop in and out as they wish so please join us in this inclusive activation.
