Date & Time: Thursday 20 February 2020, 5:00-5:45pm (please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the class to settle in)

Location: 14th Floor, The Plaza Lan Kwai Fong, 21 D’Aguilar Street, Central.  We’re in the same building as Cafe Siam, Havana and Calimex. If you’re walking from the bottom of Lan Kwai Fong uphill to California Tower, the building is on your right. Across from the flower stalls.  Arrive 10-15mins early to get settled and have some tea.  Doors will close on time so no late comers will be admitted for the benefit of meditators.
