Seminar by EPT: Wellness isn’t one size fits all

Join Nate Solia for a Seminar & Workshop at Elite Personal Training (ETP) and address the 6 pillars for a long and healthy life.

Schedule:

1PM – 2.15PM Seminar: Cutting edge information about EPT’s 6 Pillars of Health – Mindset, Breathing, Hydration, Nutrition, Movement and Sleep. You will take home some “learn today, practice tomorrow” tools to enable your journey to be a better version of yourself.

2.15PM – 3PM: This 45 minute Stretch workshop is based on 20 years of experience and research and will guide attendees through stretching, mobility and stability methods. This may assist you with aches and pain and improve your posture overall.

Whether your goals are exercise, nutrition or lifestyle related, the session you’ll take away at least one piece of gold that will improve your quality of life!
